Trawling Shackle

TOOLEE  have 6 kinds of  Trawling Shackle, now we will introduce them to you .

Toolee ’s  Trawling shackle can be divided into 2 types  of  Trawling Shackle, One is  Forged Trawling Shackle:

Trawling Shackle Dee Type ,Square Head pin, Toolee

Trawling Shackle Bow Type, Square Head pin,Toolee

Trawling Bow Shackle,Square Head, Forged,Toolee

Trawling DEE Shackle,Square Head, Forged,Toolee

They are all Forged and used for Trawling  ,they also have square head and meet the Amercian standard.They have the difference too. Trawling Shackle Dee/Bow Type ,Square Head pin, Toolee are made of carbon steel ,their finish can be self color or painted or galv. or hot dipped galv.But for Trawling Bow/Dee Shackle,Square Head, Forged,Toolee are made of  high tensile steel, Grade 6, quenched and tempered.Their finish is hot dipped galvanized.

And the other one is Commercial Trawling shackle:

Trawling Bow Shackle,Square Head, European,Toolee

Trawling Dee Shackle,Square Head, European,Toolee

They are all made of  mild steel, Grade 30 and meet the European type ,their finish is self color, painted, galv. or hot dipped galv.

All the Trawling shackles have the same features: they have Square head pin,and they are used for Trawling .
