As lashing or lifting point connecting with other rigging fittings, It is also called Non-lockable bottom stacking cone or stacking peg, and in marine products, it is often called lashing eye.

A lashing eye for lashing or tying down goods on freight vehicles includes a keeper cup(bracket/plate) with a lashing or fastening ring pivotably mounted therein and a bolt fixing, the bolt of which passes through the cup. The ring and cup are made as separate parts. The ringis removably mounted in a recess  made in the cup, said recess being open, at least on one side, and situated at one side of the bolt of the bolt fixing. The ring is kept in place in its recess by the bolt fixing. The cup and ring preferably are two separate parts made as castings.

Trawling shackles have heat-treated bodies and square headed pins that facilitate tightening and loosening. Web sling shackles may be hot-dip galvanized or zinc-plated, and provide an ultimate strength equal to four times the working load limit

Elephant foot is a container lashing equipment. Made from quality raw material it is used for lifting, holding & supporting export containers. Elephant foot is very strong & has a longer service life due to its resistance to high impact & resistance to corrosion & chemicals. Toolee has two types of elephant hook: the eye type at the end and the clevis type at the end. For customized design are acceptable.

From the body and pin size we have two types: Oversized pin shackle, and on pin shackle(body and pin with same size).

From the material & processing, we have two types: high carbon steel trawling shackle with drop forged, mild steel trawling shackle with forged.

From the Shackle’s application you can divided them with two type, the drop forged hight carbon steel shackle using for fishing line, the mild steel trawling shackle for commercial use.

Usually the fishing Trawling shackle with HOT DIPPED GALV.(THICK ZINC PLATED)

The commercial trawling shackle with self-color(usually named black).

From the grade the trawling shackle have three types: mild steel shackle, carton steel shackle without heat-treated, carton steel shackle with heat-treated(advanced grade).
